Before starting a project, we will provide you with a written proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and fees. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, you agree to pay a deposit, as specified in the proposal, to initiate the project. The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the project or as otherwise specified in the proposal.
Changes to the Scope of Work
Any changes to the scope of work after the proposal has been accepted may result in additional fees. We will provide you with a written estimate for any additional work requested, and it will be your responsibility to approve or decline the additional charges.
Project Delays and Client Responsibilities
You acknowledge that timely communication and submission of necessary materials and information are essential for the successful completion of the project. Any delays in providing the required information may result in extended project timelines and additional fees. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by your failure to fulfill your obligations.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use any designs, content, or other materials created by us as part of the Service, solely for the purposes outlined in the proposal. You acknowledge that we may use any designs, content, or other materials created by us as part of the Service for promotional purposes.
Third-Party Services and Materials
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, or materials. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any applicable third-party providers. We will not be held responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the use of third-party services or materials.
Warranties and Liability
